Mothers should consume a well-balanced, healthy diet and breastfeed their child to prevent misaligned teeth. l Breastfeeding can prevent misaligned teeth in children. Breastfeeding helps the jaw form properly and is rich in nutrients, but it is important for the mother to eat healthy a diet. l Breast milk contains the right amount of nutrients for a baby and breastfeeding helps the baby develop proper jaw structure; however, it is essential that a mother eats a good diet so her milk is as healthy as possible.
